2. Navigation Menus

There is one navigation menu location in the theme, the one in the header and is it's called Primary.

IMPORTANT: The navigation items will be automatically generated based on the sections you have on the homepage. More info on that in the homepage part of the documentation

But you can add additional menu items manually if you like. Creating menus and applying them to the locations is standard WordPress usage, but if you're not quite familiar with it check out the guide at the official WordPress documentation website
