Blog Posts

Creating blog posts is the same as in any other theme, the only difference being some additional options, which are for the banner area ( header ) as shown in the screenshot below.

Trainer Posts

This is a custom post type that comes with the theme, it's where you add the trainers/instructors. You can manage trainers in WP Admin > Trainers. It's similar to adding a blog post with the difference of some additional options.

Those additional options are for social profiles of the trainer. They will be shown on single trainer pages.

Classes Posts

This is a custom post type that comes with the theme, it's where you add the classes. You can manage classes in WP Admin > Classes. It's similar to adding a blog post with the difference of some additional options.
